Challenge
Expert Physio has been in business for over 25 years. Recently, they have grown which created a natural evolution of the clinic to rebrand its identity, renovate the space into a state-of-the-art clinic, and achieve a symmetry of experiences from digital to in-patient care.
Expert Physio wanted their website and brand to prioritize their customer-client relationships and superior care. Expert Physio asked Pilot Solutions to create a website that was an extension of their in-person brand experience. This included creating a new website to showcase their updated brand and create calls to action that look and feel identical to the experience of being in the clinic. Expert Physio wanted a design that emphasized the modernization of the clinic: clean, minimalist, and approachable for all.
Solution
Pilot Solutions and Expert Physio had three key goals in mind: attract more organic visitors, educate clients on why Expert Physio is their best choice in the Burnaby and Greater Vancouver area, and launch online booking to their external client platform.
The new website has a clean design that points the user to explore Expert Physio’s offerings or book online. The design enhances clients’ experiences, both online and in-person by creating a seamless experience between the two.
By infusing the new brand design at every stage of the process, the new Expert Physio website retains the great marketing efforts previously completed, while updating the website to be a modern
